actually no, this one was made on the same day, but was made at 13:54
and the ‘‘about forum bugs category’’ was made at 16:29, so maybe this is the oldest?

the ‘‘about the discussion category’’ is older, it was made at 13 54
the ‘‘about the suggestions category’’ was made at 16:07

The suggestions one was made on the 13th whilst the discussion one was made on the 17th

The oldest publicly available is actually the terms of service page, the real topic link is only visible to staff (i think), which is where we can edit it. The oldest known that I could come across was this one https://ccdiscussion.com/t/about-the-staff-category/2 (which you can’t see). Topic ID 1 also seems to be nonexistent given that I get a 404 on it, but I can look at the database later.
