In my opinion that rule was made for certain users in the server who would randomly go in gen chat and flood the chat with memes and these said users aren’t in the discord anymore and it doesn’t even happen much anymore so I don’t see why it’s needed now, yes at the time I agreed with it being a rule but at that time it was worse, its decreased a lot from my perspective

The rule covers dumping of images, more specifically memes, which would still remain against the rules via the chat flood rule. Posting images related to the conversation wouldn’t count as dumping.
