It’s a armored vehicle used by the Germans in WW2, halftracks came in many varieties used by a number of countries, the basic thing about them is the tracks were for driving why the wheels were for steering, the tracks allowed them to go through terrain wheeled vehicles couldn’t or had trouble with. This specific type the Sd Kfz 251 made by Germany is one of the more famous halftrack vehicles.

Depends on what the devs do, we unfortunately dont have really any power on how stuff is added, just give concepts and then the vehicle creators and Panwellz take them and do their own things to them. But I can agree it could have maybe a small cannon on it as a common weapon the Germans mounted on them was flak cannons.
