Freeze Ray is kinda boring beta testers should get something else too

maybe change freeze ray to a different weapon like a gatling gun or something (same effect as the minigun crusher) and make flamethrower free for beta testers
or, alternatively, keep freeze ray and add another item for beta

right now freeze ray is pretty much just flamethrower but worse, and has almost no special effects at all
