To become a regular, you will need to maintain the following criteria for the previous 100 days.
Visit the forums for atleast 50 of those 100 days
Receive 20 likes and give 30 likes 
Reply to 10 different topics
Read 25% of posts made in the last 100 days, capping out at 20,000 read
View 25% of topics created in the last 100 days, which caps out 500 viewed
Don’t get flagged 5 times by individual users, doesn’t count if a mod doesn’t confirm it
You cannot have been suspended or silenced in the previous 6 months
The one unique thing about regular is that you can get demoted from this role. If you don’t meet one of the mentioned criteria, you will be demoted back down to member. However, for the sake of preventing constant trust level changes, there is a 14 day grace period when you obtain/lose regular status.
So it may seem quite complicated at first, but all you really have to do is just to be active on the website, and follow the rules. With your current level of activity, i’m certain you’ll get it soon.
I only used it for a month when I got regular.
