the terrain destroyers torque ROYALY SUCKS it can’t even get over those little bumps in the skate park that are near row 4!

I will just do a full overview of the TD and it’s current situation and in need of buffing
Yes, I do agree. The TD in general needs a buff overall, minus defense rating. 144 defense is fine.
it needs a sturdier engine (bigger and sturdier)
also that is unmodded
its acceleration is 10.4 when fully modded, however 10.4 still aint great
I indeed feel that the TD should have like double the torque it has even when it is modded, even if that means making its acceleration 20. something, but leaving its top speed 71.
Would be awesome if it’s accel was buffed so it could have more torque
But yeah I can’t really solve it, but it IS better when it is using all of it’s givem modifications, but if we are hopeful and patient it may get a buff next update or something
Technically ChrisDemonEye is the TD expert, he is the one that built it
But I think the CC2 devs nerfed its performance when it was added…
a little fact you might like, it was given a 7 speed transmission, 160 (I think, or 180) mph top speed and contained a nice v8 twin turbo diesel. Hopefully it receives something like this next update, but again all we can do is hope
Honestly I would rather it not get replaced, I would rather this just get upgraded
Anyhoo, yeah it’s torque (acceleration) is severely lacking for such a large and mean looking truck (and an aggressive/cool name) But yeah I have made like what…a dozen discussion and suggestion and off topic threads about the TD and it being buffed, the devs will probably -eventually- get to it eventually
I wish I could tell the devs directly do solve this issue (buffing the Terrain Destroyer without remodel hopefully) but all we can really do is hope they see this stuff and take action :/

so far what i got is the community wants it to have more torque and faster speeds
so my idea for it, it might sound OP at first but bear with me
a truck of this size and power should have insane amounts of torque right? It’s a 6x6. its a huge truck made for rock crawling. “Terrain Destroyer”
and when it comes to derby, it should be able to steamroll any opponent and just keep on going
Make its acceleration, say, 20.0 instead of 10.4 HOWEVER, the twist is leaving its top speed at 71
but here’s the thing. it would meet the objective of having a very high torque and if you want it faster, simply mess with the gearing ratios and knock some accel off
what I want, is for it to have a sturdier engine and a larger engine at that, fitting the whole engine bay and not just a tiny portion in the gaping cavern that is it’s engine bay.
I will make a thread in discussion shortly and then just hope it gets worked on eventually

20 accel is roughtly the same acceleration as the McLaren Ultimate VGT for example, you sure you want it that high?

But yeah it needs to be at least from 13-15 because it is over 4 tons, it has an AWD 6 wheel drive, so it needs a lot more oomf than it has to get all 6 wheels spinning even when it is being pushed around
20 was a bit much lol it would reach 71 in roughly 3 seconds which…would be OP lol I dont use that term much

yeah
its a big 6x6 rig that is literally made for offroading just by looking at it, and hauling stuff in the bed
I would say 14-15, top speed buffed by 10mph or so not much
80mph top speed and 14-15 accel is awesome imo top speed can be higher as needed
