There are wayyy more active people in the discord and allowing suggestions there would bring more attention to them then this site many people stopped using.

yeah but peoples would send thousands of cars in messy orders with no tags and there would be multiple times the same cars and if you want a specific vehicle, it’s better organized here.
(imagine the dev scrolling up to tonnes of messages with most of the time the same post and etc…)

and discord in general has less slop, as people don’t chase suggestion count (it doesn’t exist simply)

-poorly working search engine (YES it sucks)
-can’t update an old post (posts with shitty/broken images)
-also people in discord have in general better taste
plus discord has its own forums that serve the exact same purpose, that’s why most games use them. The only reason to keep ccdiscussions alive is because it has too much stuff to remove

- having to ask a mod to update a post is very inconvenient when you can do it yourself; they usually have better shit to do than spend time on that or they simply don’t notice
- because discord rolled this only in 2022 and forums existed since 2019 (and everyone got used to ccdiscussions)
