Add CC2 suggestions to the Discord server

fyi it used to be on the discord server before they had this forum
so this would be kind of redundant

I didn’t elaborate enough, the suggestions’ forums would be moved to the discord server as there is a forum function on Discord.

Many people in the CC2 community are not on the forums and are more active on Discord, if we get the CC2 suggestions moved to the discord server, there’s obviously gonna be many more people that’ll notice a suggestion and therefore more feedback and attention for it.

Yes, I knew what you meant. It’d certainly be active, and much easier to access for a larger population of our player base, but it’ll also raise the difficulty of moderation, and remove a large chunk of the forum moderators duties
