What is the bug?
Answer: spray can working on barn find vehicles without it being finished (paint is sprayed on last when you finish the vehicle i think also blue highlighted part means it can be painted)

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
Firstly, I made a new account to restart the entire progress, I went to the barn find first thing I made the account and eventually, finished the bmw e30.
After that, I went to the porsche 930 turbo to complete that but since i had finished building the bmw e30, i still had the spray can.
While using the restoration tool i saw that I could use the spray can on the barn find that wasn’t even finished restoring the colour of the porsche
Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
