In the Customization Screen, there should be an Option to toggle certain Tank Rounds. In the Facility, this simply changes your Ammunition to the one you choose, but in Derby, it changes the Pick-Up Ammunition only, instead of only being able to pick up HE Ammunition like we have now, you could choose between APHE Rounds, Sabot Rounds, HESH Rounds and more, each with different functionalities.
(Each suggestion below is separate. The suggestion above should be added in addition to one of (or more) the Suggestions below.)
Suggestion 1, Replace the AP and HE Round: Like i said in my last suggestion, the default AP Round should be switched to a (“realistic”) HE or Semi-HE round which deals less/no Damage to Tanks (like the AP we have now) but deals more damage to Cars, although it still won’t be able to One-shot them. The HE Round should be changed (or simply renamed) to a HEAT round.
Suggestion 2, Utilize Healthbar Health for Tanks: As well all know Tank Battles can go on for quite some time due to how weak AP Rounds are. AP Rounds should deal more Healthbar Damage to Vehicles (and especially Tanks?) instead of relying on Physical Damage like the HE Round. The Healthbar damage could potentially represent the Modules or just make the Tank Battle more World of Tanks-Like instead of the Realistic Combat of War Thunder.
Suggestion 3, Tank Modules and no starting with the AP Round: Instead of starting with the AP Round, the Tanks will start with a Locked turret (like in the old days of Car Crushers) and can pick up Power-Up Shells that should get buffs to compensate for this change. The AP Rounds should make Cars explode (like real armor penetrating rounds, not kinetic energy explosion like the high explosive rounds) aswell as deal more damage to Tanks/better damage and/or penetration in general. The HE Round will deal less damage to (non-light) Tanks but will still be very powerful against Unarmored Vehicles.
