Answer: The chaise lounge seat on one of the houses backyard in neighborhood is rotated wrong.

- ride to the free houses neighborhood
- then go into this houses backyard (the house that you need is on screenshot in the red circle)
- then sit on this seat on the houses back and then this would happed (the thing that happend is on screenshot)
