I was going to do the Opera House target but couldn’t find the entrance anywhere relative to the track. So i just hopped the nearest wall and walked to the target and respawned. That’s hen i noticed the road being blocked. I am not sure if that’s intentional or a mistake.
If this is a bug, mods please move it to the bugs category
Also, the windy road is glitching a bit.

Hmm yea i now remember it. But then why is there a blocked off road?
Because there’s the track
then why is the other end of the opera house where you entered in the video open? ofc there should be a cut out for that small road
Because there’s a parking area for car meets
