Whenever someone joins, they can’t do anything (Facility & Derby)

Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
Answer: Whenever I join a server I am greeted with my camera being pointed below the world and with people in chat saying their stuck. I waited for about 10 minutes and nothing has changed. This only happens on some servers.

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Sometimes (about 40% chance of happening when joining a server)

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: iPhone

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

1. Join a server

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
Yes/No: No

If yes, screenshot all red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by pressing F9 on computer, or by saying /Console in the chat)

This is caused by a bad internet connection.

yep it seems to be a bad map since players are falling from the maps as well

I agree! It’s so annoying! Same for me too

I didn’t even realize until i tried to join derby but all derby servers are suffering from this bug
