Whenever a race starts and joined it doesn’t proceed to race at all

What is the bug?
Answer:
Whenever a race starts when joined with at least 4-5 players it just goes away it’s been happing all day
How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)

Been happening all day whenever a race starts up

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

1. Whenever a race event starts up join and just wait and see if the race proceeds keep joining everytime and watch it not work

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
Yes/No: no it happens for a few people whenever a race starts

Race Competitions won't start

What is the bug? races competitions will show the sign up pop-up but after the timer ends, it won’t start at all even if you have way over the required amount of players, it also won’t let you start any other races nor activate the energy core self-destruction sequence since the server thinks that the race is happening, you can even see that the race timer thing says active even though no one is racing due to the bug.
