only applicable on larger vehicles that literally have the defense/attack score decrease when it’s added, most of the time it doesn’t really do much since it’s a minor weight reduction that doesn’t do much
also personally my picks for derby are:
beginner: Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4/Mitzolisha H8000 VT6
intermediate: Magnar X5/Magnum MK5 or BMW i8/BWN E8
pro: Bugatti Centodieci/ Bucotti Ciento Veinte or Bugatti La Voiture Noire/Bucotti Votera Nueva
the Gavanni Exelsio might be a good option, but I haven’t tested it out yet
