Weird wallclip bug when my car was blown up

Answer: Walls had no collision when my vehicle was destroyed.

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer:sometimes

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer:Computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

either:

1. have my car blown up.
   or:
2. respawn.

edit: i have found out it actually happens upon respawning, sometimes when you respawn you will be able to walk through walls
