cc2 is still a fairly popular game and adding low quality crusher reskins won’t do it any good
most good stuff has already been added or at least suggested, so if you’re making suggestions for the sake of making suggestions then just don’t.

I got a notification for being post linked :tablecat:

But here’s what I need to point out

  • Post was not in consideration that a largely similar suggestion was already made about 18 months back

  • A crusher suggestion to share almost the same mechanics with another crusher is almost redundant unless made actually/properly unique

  • To reference a core mechanic from another crusher without understanding how it actually works would not yield a concise or practical crusher suggestion (hate to break it to you but a water pulse cannon is nowhere close to how a waterjet works)

  • The point of crusher suggestions is to be unique and not be another iteration of an existing one (Tilted Speed Crash & Speed Crash are exceptions to one another)

  • Devs are not going to be taking new crusher suggestions as of this day anymore, Floor 3 has a grim chance to exist and the next locked crushers are very likely selected ages ago

Yea, personally I don’t think the devs were expecting this much suggestions either but if they only took about 5% ish of the entire crusher suggestions subcategory for Floor 2, Floor 3 wouldn’t seem likely in one bit

I wish I had an answer but this is what devs don’t reveal, to open a crusher suggestions subcategory but have such a miniscule intake of added ideas + likelihood of taking any new crusher ideas with a currently existing Floor 2 is close to none (hell some of the crushers probably came from devs themselves and that lowers the intake ideas from forums even more)

My honest opinion? The amount of half or poorly assed suggestions that make up the huge majority of the subcategory are an indirect cause of poor intake, while the actually good ones never get heard at all despite overwhelmingly positive community expressions (no disrespect to OP but water pressurized jet was going to be a fluke anyway since it isn’t precisely a fresh idea)

Serious note aside all this should be made for off-topic but just to quickly get it out of my mind for now and move on
