Drive vehicle onto cutting platform and be able to use and control the water jet cutter with a joystick at the control panel(have to submerge vehicle and platform first)

This gives more flexibility on being able to control where the Waterjet cutter goes with movement of the mouse as Sawmill can be hard to use on bigger vehicles at some times
