Instead of immediately suspending users for minor/major offenses, why not add a warning system like if you do only a minor thing you will get a warning, then 12 hour suspension then 24 hour suspension, 48 hour suspension, 72 hour suspension, 96 hour suspension, etc.
Major offenses is 48 hour suspension, 5 day suspension, 1 week suspension and last offense is permanent suspension.

all punishments are done at our own discretion, so there really isn’t a need for this type of system
if you guys have an issue with something, you can always flag something or message us, we’ll see what to do

Warnings are a thing, they’re just used for relatively minor things (like you suggested) but like cosmoxide said, punishments are done by the discretion of the mod that responds to whatever the problem is.
