Vulcan V100 Tow Truck/Wrecker
(Reposting due to old suggestion being bugged) Would be unlocked at 2 tokens and be tier 2 in derby, can actually tow immobolized or disabled tier 1 and 2 vehicles, tow feature will be a button that appears on a disabled vehicle when driving the truck which allows to hook up to it.
