A large Vortex cannon attached to the back of a truck bed. It usually used to get rid of birds from fields but this time its used to blow cars off the map. In game it should be able to push smaller cars without doing lot of damage. it would have a reload time of 5 seconds, and in derby would require the pulse wave power up. here are some images:
