i dont really intend for it to be solely used for maximizing value upgrades. thats why its only up to x5
if theyre that rare they should basically just be x50 vouchers

I think he’s just trying to make sure that it doesn’t become a primary method of getting value upgrades, they should still ideally be mostly grinded via scraps or credits
this. i was also thinking of cap limit of each amount so that people dont hoard them and use it all on a vehicle if the amount of upgrades is sufficient
