Unlockable Christmas Sleigh Car

So earlier today I suggested a vehicle for skilled to make that was basically a Christmas sleigh, but in car form image here

my idea is this

An unlockable limited as in you have to do certain tasks or a task to unlock it like the winter smasher title/badge that was only limited for last year, and people who unlock it during the time it’s only available for they keep it, but people who haven’t unlocked it during the limited time do not (just like winter smasher)
