Around 07:00 UTC-0 (5 hours ago) the sidekiq worker stopped responding, meaning email and various asynchronous processes were not functioning. 20 minutes ago a patch was applied to resolve this which caused the server to not respond at all. I’ve begun an investigation as to why the process stopped and will keep this updated.
