Tsunamis would work like core, BUT everyone can activate it. There should be like an anti-flood fences and the button is in a different place everytime. To survive you can go on the helicopter, or somewhere really high. This would be quite nice… also facility breaks only inside and not outside and the button can be activated every hour
Tsunami rewards only the value of your current car (not counting the tokens or materials)

maybe higher reward than core but needs a different gamepass and you escape by hiding in a tsunami room

I prefer to have limits on map-destroying things. Maybe it should just be cheaper than the core as in robux.

no how about core access gamepass stays the same but it allows for multiple ways of killing the facility
