For some reason in this 3rd quest for the speed trap quest this one where you use the sports car to reach 200 mph doesn’t work.
This happend for every sport cars that their speed can be set up to 200 mph

but you didnt hit 200 mph in this photo tho? i mean when i did it with the exact same car it worked for me
