It would be useful to have either a Tractor or Farm Equipment tag implemented as Farm Vehicles right now have to go under Special which isn’t really convenient.

Panwells and the developers don’t need so many categories. It will make it harder for them to find good deals. They created several categories because it’s more convenient. They’re probably determining which car categories they won’t add in the next update for various reasons, and the categories they’ve added make it easier to do so.

On the contrary
If I were a dev I would find it more convenient because you could find specific vehicles faster. For example if they want to add an amphibious vehicle they just have to select the amphibious filter and they’ll find all suggestions about these specific vehicles

In any case, if they needed it, they would have done it. But you’re proposing new categories as if they were made just for you. I’m not judging, you just need to ask for ones that will actually help the game. And it would be nice if some of them were added out of respect for the community.
