Answer: tp and car spawn issue? i dont even know what to call this

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

crashed under bridge and quit race

couldnt respawn until i saw my car spawn behind me

even after swapping car it did not work
(a fix is resetting avatar and respawning car)
