But with the clone component feature, it will allow me to clone the rims, tires or both (as a one-time use per vehicle) and put them onto the Tesla Roadster! 
Clone Component designed to be obtainable through daily mission reward as giving it the ability to purchase with Robux or Credit would be way too abusable - or for that other obtainable method opinions is welcome
