This post is here to discuss some of the largest problems with the roblox game called Slap Battles. I think I will start it off.
- Trying to help people get impossible gloves can result in a large ban. This shouldn’t be such a huge problem but it shows how much the owner doesn’t care about his playerbase to the point that he is willing to make parts of his game hard to do and prohibit people from doing the most basic thing: Get newer items.
If you take a game like TF2 for an example, most if not all of the items are really easy to get by doing the achievments. Slap battles completely nullifies the sense of accomplishment by making a rule so vague that some people who have gotten the badge the proper way have been banned, getting stripped of the glove completely.
- It is basically gambling in a roblox game. Everything in this game is RNG. The purchasing system, the way you have to do anything, how slaps work, the slapples, and even the way you get gloves is determined by a dice roll and how the players would act.
Everything is random. Its not fun. Its just a way to make sure people get addicted. Gambling is super illegal on roblox and yet this game promotes it.
- Its mechanics promote toxicity but the mods do nothing to police it. Every glove has some way to unfairly work against other gloves. Overkill has an instakill mechanic, god glove sends players off the map, and megarock can cause the player to become a giant rock that instant kills anyone who touch it.
It just promotes trolling and ruining the fun for everyone. Some gloves require you to stay still and get completely locked out on private servers. That can become a huge issue especially when the mods consistently get the wrong person. The forums of that game are polluted with people who have been wrongly banned. A huge issue when the game requires you to work so hard…

The items you can buy are just ripoffs. Literally the overkill costs 999 robux. There is an item that costed 10 robux which literally did nothing. Look at the items on sale and realize how expensive they are. They also are the only items which grant some sort of advantage.

Grinding is a must… but you can spend a lot of your money. The game takes like forever to get any progress and yet… you can shorten it down to minutes if you buy their stuff. Basically just like EA. How is this even allowed on roblox?!
