A Red Button activates the moving gears and conveyor also this crusher counts frenzy points.
Function: So basically, a car would fall to those large sized gears for it to destroy the entire car, the leftover parts gets burnt by a incinerator below the gears.

Perhaps the gears should be designed and work like these 2 images below

my main concern would be how it would fit big vehicles, but that’s not my problem. also i love the cars 2 rep. i always loved that movie as a kid.
