Answer: Super Drill cannot instant destroy or knockout (if use powerup)

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
Public or private server:
You use Super Drill and spawn, then trying want destroy whatever vehicles as PVP. It drills taking NO damage or cannot instant destroy it.
Derby server:
You drive as Super Drill, then use powerup and drill is doesn’t damage others ANY vehicles.
If you are driving Super Drill as Juggernaut, it drilling still doesn’t taking damage or instant knockout.
