Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
Answer: You can’t access the dealership, move or do any action but you can jump using the xbox controller

How often does the bug happen?(Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: sometimes

What device did you play on?(Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: Xbox

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. I don’t know exactly, but I think this happens in the derby arena
  2. access the dealership in a game that requires car selection like juggernaut
  3. and wait for the selection time to end
  4. and from what I’ve analyzed, this remains until you exit the game
  5. Remember, this is just a theory

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
Yes, it only happened to me

If yes, screenshot all red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by pressing F9 on computer, or by saying /Console in the chat)

Guys, I managed to replicate this bug

You enter the vehicle customization menu and a second later before the vehicle selection time ends you click to leave the dealership, but that was unintentional, since I was tuning my car and that happened and I managed to do it thanks to me recording everything lol

So like you.cant respawn and do stuff bc ur button are locked?

that is, the GUI is “stuck” in the dealership and I can’t do anything to reverse it other than exiting the game

and yes you can’t do anything other than jump and access the roblox settings menu and i wonder what happens if you are using a keyboard and mouse

but I have a theory, if you dig deeper into this bug you might get error code 284 which is “a fatal error occurred while running this game” and remember, this is a theory

because this error code happens because of GUI or UI
