Unlockable tool at 20,000 tuning score that can remove specific parts from a vehicle
While tool is held hovering over a part of vehicle will be highlighted and when clicked is destroyed.
(Dropped to 20k which seems a bit more reasonable)

finally if this gets added i dont have to spend 20 minutes using crowbar to get my police car to look like base spec
30k tuning score is like virtually impossible i think
so maybe like 20k

30k is possible you just need to own just about everything, like i have all but 2 vehicles and have 32k
so yea a lower score could be more reasonable or keep it at 30k as a sorta loyalty reward for having lots of vehicles
