This would make speed felt more realistically. Now, 100 k/h feels like 20, and 500 k/h like 100 k/h. THis would fix it, I suppose. Smoothing effect is smoothing the area near the edge of screen, and should be increased with speed (Check videos of people going 200 k/h+, you would see how edges of vision are very smoothed)
