Senseless appeal

(Just a heads-up, for those specific people who will probably say I’m trying to convince the moderators to unban me from the Discord group, but they’re wrong)

Today I will explain in more detail about a ban appeal I made that didn’t make sense.

I was banned for saying some not-so-nice things in someone’s DMs. What does that have to do with the group? Honestly, I don’t know, but what can you do? After a while, I appealed and gave an explanation, But for the moderators, the explanation couldn’t be 100% clearer, but when I received the email saying the appeal was rejected, I wondered what the point was.

Because the first time I was banned, I was banned for: underage, alt, evasion, foreign language & Disrespect, and when I appealed, I was simply unbanned.Because the first time I was banned, I was banned for: underage, alt, evasion, and foreign language, and when I appealed, I was simply unbanned, but how does that make sense?

I was unbanned the first time for worse reasons, and the second time I wasn’t unbanned; this is the point I want to understand.

And they’ll probably say: (stop crying and just accept that you’ve been banned)

Do I accept that I will not be unbanned? Yes

Do you think I did this so you’d feel sorry for me? No.

What’s the point of this thread? To understand why I wasn’t kept banned the first time because I had broken worse rules, and the second time, it was a rule I don’t even know if exists in this group.

The question I want to understand is: why was I unbanned the first time?

being banned for saying some rude things in someone’s dms is a bannable offense
for example one of the people here got permanently suspended because this exact thing happened except they doxxed the other guy
thing is when you appealed for the other one it wasn’t as serious of an offense
hope that explains it

Another point I want to understand is why I was unbanned for breaking about 5 rules, and how I was rejected in the last appeal for 1 rule? (In the sense of wanting to understand how I wasn’t rejected for brake 5 rules)

simple
5 minor rules < 1 large rule

This could just be because they had enough, if you’ve already broken 5 rules then this 6th one is just a final ban to end it

Idk, The first time I was banned was on March 17, 2025, and it takes 90 days for the warnings, mutes, etc., to disappear. I had been banned a second time around mid-December.

But if breaking 1 rule equals 1 warning, I had 5, and with the rule I broke it went up to 6, but I didn’t receive any warnings, and if they did, my ban would be for 7 days.
