Screen Randomly freezing up

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime/sometimes/rarely)
Sometimes

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. I will be driving around, and then randomly my screen will freeze up. I can hear sounds and can control my car, but my screen is frozen.

Is the bug related to GUI or something that only happens for you? (GUI = the dealership, derby win screen or any other interface)

If yes, screenshot all unique red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by opening roblox settings, scrolling to the bottom and clicking the open developer console button.)

NOTE: This might be a roblox issue, it happens on another game but only for a few seconds.

Secondary note: The freezing in the other game is most likely a server issue because it happens to my main and my alt at the same time.

It’s a server side issue, found out what was causing it in the other game.

It often appears on mobile devices, so if you got this glitch, you can drive alone, but other players are frozen and stay as same place. If you want to go to the dealership in the game or teleport to your car/lobby, respawn your car, you’ve got black screen.

I would honestly think this is just an unfortunate case of extremely high ping. Is the freezing only temporary or does it persist until you are forced to leave the game?

It persists until i click the x in the corner. I can still hear sounds after I close it, so I have to go into task manager to end it manually.

It’s definitely server sided, it happened to my friend within a minute of it happening to me
