What is the bug?
Answer: If you drive you car into a crusher and open the dealership the amount of scraps do not change until you exit the dealership and makes it so that you cant buy a upgrade even if you have enough scraps for it

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- Go into a crusher
- While destroying your car open the dealership
