Rocket launcher can shoot through wallls

Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
The Rocket launcher can shoot through walls while spectating your car

How often does the bug happen?
Everytime

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Computer (windows 10)

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Spawn any car
  2. Press V to spectate your car
  3. take your Rocket launcher and shoot anywhere, if there is a wall between you and your target and you the rocket will phase through anything.

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
No: It is not related to GUI/Interface on the screen.

If yes, screenshot all red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by pressing F9 on computer, or by saying /Console in the chat)

Set your vehicle in the area where you want your camera/vantage point to be. Then, exit the vehicle and hide somewhere with your player while spectating the vehicle.

From here, I can use my rocket launcher to snipe any vehicle from underground without them knowing it was me who did it. The rockets I fire phase through walls until it hits the target, which I find very strange and can be easily abused.
