Now i know what you may be thinking: this is the stupidest suggestion ever. It isn’t sensible, isn’t remotely useful, and it doesn’t even serve a comedic effect. But to that i say: yeah you’re right. I just ran out of ideas.
It wouldn’t be the first time such a car made its way into games, often being motorized and able to reach stupid fast speeds for its size. The first (and maybe only) example that comes to mind would be the Pocket Rocket 
from Wreckfest, meaning that it doesn’t have to be a real model, giving some creative freedom to whoever gets to make it.
