Rewind sometimes don't rewind

What is the bug?
Answer: sometimes when i try to rewind, it didn’t work, and is necesary to try again to rewind

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Sometimes

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: Computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Rewind in any time, and it sometimes didn’t rewind

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

Answer: Trying to press the rewind button multiple times trying to work.

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: It happens frequently.

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: Phones, or Android to be specific.

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. I want to rewind the scene.

  2. I try to press the rewind button, but it keeps playing back.

  3. After some tries later, either it works, or you run out of rewinds.

I’ve been able to get this bug consistently, and it is very irritating since it’s something I have to consistently use for some missions

in addition, if you are somehow able to rewind sometimes, you’re unable to exit out of it unless your delete your vehicle

(excuse the poor keyboard overlay placement, I only noticed after recording)

  1. I press rewind and it just full stops the vehicle
