Go to the dirt track and select time trial (the bug might be exclusive to just that track but i’m not sure). Pick a car and start the race (The bug usually happens at the start of the race so i would recommend doing it then). Crash and try to rewind, you will see that it wont work at the first click of the rewind button in the vehicle menu. press it again, however, and it will work
