Respawning bug when in races/ time trials

When you respawn in a race or time trial, occasionally the game will show you the black respawn screen, but will not reset your car.


(As shown in the clip, this wasn’t a one off glitch, this was me replicating it)

Sidenote: I haven’t been able to get the dev console screenshot yet because I play on xbox, but I may be able to repeat the bug on PC so I can get the screenshot

Thats not the same thing though, it shows me the black respawn screen and doesn’t reset my car. I don’t mean as in I can’t respawn at all after that, I mean that it takes 2 or 3 tries just to respawn

I can see where you’re coming from it is pretty similar but on that post it wouldn’t let him respawn at all, whereas on this one it actively puts the respawn command through but doesn’t actually reset until i try it again like 3 times until it finally works
