Since there seems to be a lot of people not knowing where to report exploiter and often report it in the forum in categories like Disscusion and stuff. To be fair, I think this should be added

I think it would be better to pin something in Announcements with a link to the main website as well as important links on the website such as the report page and game ban appeals.
These could also fit in the important links topic Hyperion made, and this may fit better there than announcements. This would also require making topics stay pinned after reading through them.
