I remember when it wasn’t a thing, actually, you could just flip your car even when moving upside down for example. Now there is this said timer, you can’t flip while moving or something, and yes, I do think there is a few second timer before you can press it.
I don’t remember it being an abused thing before, like you wouldn’t be able to fly by pressing it a lot and there was essentially a small few second timer after you pressed the flip button. So the reason this feature was added is a mystery to me as well.

revive just make it the same as the facility flip
there’s literally no point in a flip cooldown, you still take damage, the car doesn’t go high enough to not get hit and its annoying being stuck and not being to flip because it doesn’t detect the car is stuck and sometimes it’s impossible for juggernauts to flip because they keep getting hit and the timer resets

I agree, like sometimes the car straight up would just fail at flipping in the middle of derby and I’m sitting there getting pummeled by 9 year olds while I try to roll over like a fat overturned tortoise on wheels
