Recent lag spikes while derby is running

What is the bug?
Answer:
For the last week or so the derby servers have been plagued by lag and rubber banding. I’ve asked in chat and many people have reported the same. Between rounds the network graph shows an average of 50ms. During a round (while cars are driving around) my ping is an average of 100-150ms. I don’t know if that’s the cause, but the gameplay experience is much worse than it was a few weeks ago.

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer:
All the time in derby. Rarely at the main facility.

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer:
Computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Join derby, drive around, note rubberbanding and high ping.

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
Yes/No:
No. Multiple people in chat have complained about it when it gets to the worst point.

If yes, screenshot all red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by pressing F9 on computer, or by saying /Console in the chat)

I think its about your device because in derby,so many people be together in a small map and this can easily cause lag

It’s every server that does this, nothing related to computers, just servers

But something changed with the last update or Roblox, I don’t know. It’s just much much more rubberbanding than a few weeks ago.

yea cc2 has been having severe connection issues in derby recently

it’s only cc2 so something changed in this update that messed this up
