This vehicle is unique, as it is completely customizable. You unlock parts for a rat rod by maxxing out other cars. Maxxing out one car will unlock it for your rat rod build. You can use the body of a dragster but add the plow of a bulldozer, use the front of a tractor but have a Mercedes on the back, have a car be really lifted but its rusted, or even have a monster sports car.
Rat Rods are cars made up from parts of other cars. That is why I want this system implemented.
