Nearly a week ago my discord account was compromised and as a result I was banned. I submitted an appeal shortly after restoring my accounts security and after checking the status on the “My Data” page recently it shows “Unknown” which leaves me wondering if the appeal was actually received or not even tho it shows up as a submitted report on that page. I know when you report a player the status shows as “Pending” and then “Reviewed” so I’m not sure if it’s the same for appeals. Not asking for priority or anything, I have no problem waiting if it’s just a timely process. I just don’t want to risk sending in a new report if the current one was actually received and it’s just pending and then be flagged for duplicate reports/spam. And I can’t message a mod directly as I don’t have the trust level for that.
