yeah this would be in beginner, not fast enough for experienced or pro, but would be quite fast by beginner standards, especially given its size
would basically be a super powerful version of the crown vic or the dodge police, basically the big strong boi of the three, which would be VIP
the dodge police being normal, vic being group, and this being VIP
I think thats a pretty good idea, a police trio in beginner, this would complete that trio with VIP
one normal, one group, one VIP

this would would probably be VIP, it would be around the same speeds as the dodge police, but with much higher defense and attack probably
