The Phòng không T-34 was a North Vietnamese Anti Aircraft weapon based off a T-34 - 85 Chassis. The original turret was removed and fitted with a box like turret that held two Chinese made 37mm cannons. I think they are type 65 Chinese anti aircraft guns but due to the scarcity of information on this vehicle, I am not 100% sure.
“Phòng không” means “Air Defence” in Vietnamese

Make the fire rate of the cannons faster, but rounds do less damage.
For instance the Phòng không T-34 must fire 12 rounds before it does the same damage as a single normal tank round.

wouldnt this technically be a vehicle kit because this is a big modification of the t-34

I think because the design was improvised and never mass produced, it would not be considered a vehicle kit. It was more of a quick modification designed to serve an important niche rather than a dedicated T 34 kit that was extensively tested and planned out for a long time.
