basically frances, its the device problem, they cant fix it. they cant make it better. its the device , thats the problem i hope u understand. if u hate it then dont play it

imo cc2 is already pretty optimized for being the heavy physics game it is. I can run it at about 40 fps on full graphics with my 2 year old phone with no problems.

Compared to a game called greenville Wisconsin, which i get constant lag spikes at only half graphics
